About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead and oversee electrical installations across a range of high-quality residential developments in the Wembley area. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company delivering excellence in modern housing and apartment schemes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all electrical site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.

*

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

*

Conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical installations.

*

Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams to resolve technical and logistical issues.

*

Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and certifications.

Requirements

*

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

*

Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, ECS/CSCS card, and First Aid certification.

*

Proven experience managing residential electrical projects from start to finish.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
