Site Manager – Nights

Freelance Night Site Manager – Industrial Project | Northamptonshire | Start December | 26 Weeks

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Night Site Manager to oversee the night shift operations on a large industrial unit project in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality industrial and logistics schemes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring site safety, productivity, and compliance during night operations, reporting into the daytime Project Manager.

📅 Duration: 26 weeks (starting December 2025)
⏰ Hours: 6:00pm – 3:00am, Monday to Friday
💷 Rate: Competitive (CIS )
📍 Location: Northamptonshire

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee night shift activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely and on schedule

*

Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site security

*

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure RAMS are followed

*

Communicate effectively with the day management team for handovers and progress updates

*

Monitor deliveries, plant movement, and site logistics

Requirements:

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

*

Proven experience managing industrial unit / warehouse projects

*

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and night shift operations

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Willingness to work night shifts for the duration of the project
