SSSTS Site Supervisor Required – Civil & Groundworks

📍 Based in Portsmouth (you may be required to work away from home)
💰 Negotiable hourly rate | Full-time, Permanent

Pro Staff Construction are working with a growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are looking for an experienced SSSTS Supervisor to join their team.

This is a hands-on role, overseeing daily operations on site, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and working closely with a groundworker to deliver quality projects.

Key requirements:

✅ Proven experience in civil and groundwork projects (water utilities experience desirable)

✅ SSSTS & CSCS (essential)

✅ First Aid

✅ Full UK driving licence

💡 Bonus if you hold EUSR, Confined Space (Medium Risk), or Machine Operator qualifications

Negotiable hourly rate

Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
