Our client, a leading name in fire safety and compliance, is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessment Validator to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high standards of fire safety across a diverse property portfolio.

As a Fire Risk Assessment Validator, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, auditing, and validating fire risk assessments to ensure they meet all relevant legislation, guidance, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Validate and quality-check fire risk assessments carried out by assessors across multiple sites.

Ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and current fire safety best practices.

Provide feedback and guidance to assessors to maintain and improve standards.

Record and report validation outcomes in line with company procedures.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and provide expert advice.

Candidate Requirements

Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment (essential).

Proven experience conducting or validating fire risk assessments.

In-depth knowledge of current fire safety legislation and British Standards.

Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

Membership of a recognised professional body (IFE, IFSM, IFPO, or FRACS).

Experience working across multiple sectors such as residential, commercial, and industrial.
