Your new role
In your new role as Project Manager, your duties will be:
- Oversee multiple projects and programmes simultaneously
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and lead project teams across various sites
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management
- Prepare and present regular project status reports
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment across all projects
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed you will need:
- Efficiently managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience running programmes to deadline and within budget.
- Previous experience working within roofing and cladding is a plus.
- Clean driving licence.
- Clear communication skills to talk to clients and site staff.
