Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in high-volume residential developments?
Our client, a leading national housebuilder with an excellent reputation for quality and delivery, is seeking a driven Site Manager to take the lead on a new build housing development in Maidstone.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your key duties will include:

Managing all site activities and subcontractor performance

*

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

*

Overseeing build programs and driving productivity to meet deadlines

*

Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and clients

*

Maintaining quality control and ensuring NHBC/building regulations compliance

*

Leading site meetings and supporting Assistant Site Managers or trainees

About You:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within volume house building

*

A solid track record of delivering multi-unit housing schemes from start to finish

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

*

Excellent understanding of NHBC standards and current building regulations

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
