Assistant Site Manager

The Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the delivery of a multi-unit housing development. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with the day-to-day running of the site.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Site Manager in the day-to-day site operations
*
Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed on time and to specification
*
Monitoring build quality in line with NHBC and company standards
*
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
*
Coordinating site logistics and assisting with short-term build programmes
*
Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress to senior management
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume house building
*
A strong understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations
*
Excellent organisation and communication skills
*
The ability to work under pressure and support multiple trades on site
*
Valid CSCS, SMSTS (or SSSTS), and First Aid certificates
