Mechanical Estimating Manager

A mechanical contractor that provides a wide range of industrial and commercial mechanical services, is actively seeking a Mechanical Estimator Manager to join their team in Maidenhead.

Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for all estimating enquiries
* Grow, develop, train current and new team members
* Direct and assist estimating team in their day-to-day activities.
* Lead regular internal and client meetings
* Develop strong relationship with current and prospective client list
* Develop current estimation processes and enhance day-to-day processes
Requirements:
* 5+ years in an Estimating or Commercial role
* Mechanical sector experience essential
* Proficient in IT packages and other relevant software
* Relevant 3rd level qualifications
* Forward thinking mindset, career ambitious and possess strong people management ability
