Senior Estimator

Our client are a leading interiors subcontractor who work on large scale prestigious projects across the UK.  Due to continued business growth they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their well established team.

Someone who is looking to apply their estimating experience in a structured, corporate setting.
Previous experience pricing for an internals trade package would be beneficial.
Able to work on own initiative. 
Excellent relationship building skills.Duties include:
Take responsibility for pricing tenders from start to finish.
Work closely with Head of bid attending bid kick-off, mid-tender, and adjudication meetings.
Provide detailed cost advice to clients at early design stages.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
Using Bluebeam software for drawing measures.
Liaise with procurement to assist with quotes on larger projects.
