Senior Site Manager – High-End Office Fit Out | Central London
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000-£65,000
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a prestigious high-level office fit out project in Central London. The project, valued at approximately £5 million, will run through to April 2026 and involves the transformation of a premium commercial space to exceptional design and quality standards.
The successful candidate will lead all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety, maintaining programme and quality targets, and representing the company to clients and consultants with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Oversee all subcontractor activities, materials, logistics, and sequencing.
Maintain and drive the project programme in coordination with the Project Manager and Design Team.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reporting.
Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring works are delivered to specification.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to build strong working relationships.
Manage site documentation, RAMS, permits, and progress reports.
Drive continuous improvement in site operations and contribute to project success.
About You
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial fit out or refurbishment projects, ideally in central London.
Strong understanding of high-end finishes, M&E coordination, and fast-track environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and current regulations.
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications.
A proactive problem solver with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
