Weekend Site Manager
January Start Date **
The Weekend Site Manager will oversee all site operations during weekend shifts, ensuring that subcontractors work safely, efficiently, and in line with project plans. You’ll report to the weekday Site Manager / Project Manager and maintain progress logs, safety records, and site security.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site.
*
Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and project RAMS.
*
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks as required.
*
Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to design/specifications.
*
Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, and H&S documentation.
*
Liaise with the weekday management team to ensure smooth project continuity.
*
Manage deliveries, site access, and logistics during weekend shifts.
*
Ensure the site is secure and tidy at the end of each shift.
Requirements
Essential:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial refurbishment projects.
*
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
*
CSCS card (Gold or Black preferred).
*
First Aid at Work certificate.
*
Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and site procedures.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Desirable:
*
Experience managing weekend or out-of-hours site operations.
*
Trade background (carpentry, joinery, or general building).
*
