A leading multidisciplinary design and construction consultancy based in London is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of residential-led regeneration and mixed-use developments across the capital. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a highly regarded practice known for its design quality, social impact and collaborative working environment.

The successful Assistant Project Manager will work alongside senior consultants and technical teams on projects from feasibility to completion. With a growing portfolio of public and private sector schemes, the Assistant Project Manager will be involved in a range of responsibilities including contract administration, programme monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

The Assistant Project Manager's role

The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning and delivery of large-scale residential and urban regeneration schemes, often involving housing associations, local authorities and private developers. Responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, contract preparation, procurement support, risk management and attending design team meetings.

This is a client-facing role requiring someone with strong organisation skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the built environment. The role will also involve working closely with internal architectural and planning teams, providing a broad and engaging workload across all RIBA stages.

The Assistant Project Manager

Degree in Project Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Working towards or interested in pursuing APM, RICS or CIOB chartership

1-2 years' experience in a project management or consultancy environment

Exposure to residential or mixed-use development projects preferred

Strong communication and organisation skills
