Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise with clients and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationshipsSkills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working across a broad range of sectors
Job running experience
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
