Project Manager
Project Manager – Water / Civils / Infrastructure (Chatham, Kent – Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver design and build infrastructure projects within the water and wastewater sector (AMP8). The role is based in Chatham, Kent with hybrid working available.
Responsibilities:

Manage design, construction and commissioning of clean and wastewater projects.
*
Lead project teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.
*
Oversee subcontractors, commercial reporting, and programme delivery.
*
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across all project stages.
*
Ensure compliance with CDM, Health & Safety, and company quality systems.
*
Monitor cost forecasts, risk and opportunity, and project performance.
Requirements:
*
Proven background managing multi-disciplinary design & build schemes – ideally in the water, utilities, or civils sector.
*
Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or project management.
*
Project Management Qualification (e.g. APM PMQ).
*
Knowledge of NEC / IChemE contracts, planning, and commercial control.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site delivery standards.
Desirable:
*
Chartered or working towards chartership.
*
NEC Project Manager Accreditation.
*
Experience on AMP7 / AMP8 frameworks or treatment works (clean / wastewater)
