A respected Tier 2 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a new £70M mixed-use development in London.

The project comprises two RC frame blocks – one delivering high-quality student accommodation and the other residential apartments. This is a flagship scheme for the business and offers the opportunity to take full ownership from delivery through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of project delivery from start to finish.

*

Manage site and project teams to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved.

*

Oversee design coordination, client liaison, and commercial management.

*

Drive a strong delivery culture and maintain excellent communication across all stakeholders.

*

Report directly to the Construction Director, ensuring smooth project governance.

About You

*

Proven track record as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager managing projects £50M+.

*

Experience delivering RC frame new-build schemes (student accommodation or residential).

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor.

*

Ability to manage multiple phases, teams, and interfaces on complex urban schemes.
