Personal Assistant
We are seeking an experienced PA to the Director to join a leading Passive Fire Protection company based in Medway. This role will suit a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior management to support business operations and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Director.

Manage diaries, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.

Assist with client correspondence, documentation, and reports.
*
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
*
Support with internal processes, project tracking, and communication between office and site teams.
*
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
*
Assist with HR, onboarding, and company compliance documentation where required.
About You
*
Strong administrative or PA background, ideally within construction or passive fire.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
*
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Professional and adaptable, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders
