Lead the production and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
Oversee project delivery from early design stages through to completion, maintaining technical accuracy and design integrity
Mentor and support junior team members in their professional and technical development
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design, technical, and on-site challenges
Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, planning legislation, and environmental standards
Contribute to the ongoing development of BIM processes and technical best practices within the studioSkills and Experience
Extensive experience within an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or lead technical role
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience highly advantageous)
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and building materials
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
