Site Manager

My client are a London based construction and civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver an ongoing groundwork and enabling works package. The scope of works will include enabling works, drainage, roads and kerbing.

Site manager responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.

* Daily briefings.

* Managing plant, labour and materials.

* Managing health and safety compliance.

* Record keeping.

* Liaising with the client.

* Writing/ amending RAMS.

Site manager requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* CSCS – Gold/ Black.

* SMSTS.

* First aid.

* TWC/ TWS – desirable.

* IT literate.

* Previous experience with groundwork and enabling works.

* Full UK driving licence.
