Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Preston (Flexible working on offer)
Employment Type: Contract
Rate: £27.50 – £32.50 per hour
Duration: 3 months (with prospects of extension)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector (although this isn't essential) to join one of Lancashire's long established and well respected Architecture studios on a contract basis.
Our client have strong routes in the North West, having worked on some of the region's flagship developments over the years. This has in time developed into a strong nationwide portfolio including work in the residential, commercial and education sectors in addition to the healthcare work they have become known for.
For this position, we're looking for a Revit proficient Architectural Technologist with at least 5-10 years' experience. Ideally, we're looking for someone with previous healthcare experience, however this isn't essential as long as you're committed, enthusiastic, confident and willing to learn healthcare.
