Registered Building Inspector

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting inspections and assessments of building projects to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
Providing expert advice and guidance on building control to contractors and developers
Preparing detailed reports and documentation following inspections
Collaborating with various stakeholders to manage and resolve non-compliance issues
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
Ensuring health and safety standards are met on all inspected projects
Managing records and documentation accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements:
Experience in building control and inspection
In-depth understanding of building regulations and standards
