They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technicians to lead on a range of commercial projects for their team in Birmingham.

Manage and deliver commercial projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team membersSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

Relevant degree within architecture
Strong experience within a relevant within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit
Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
Strong experience working across RIBA stages 4 through to 6
Job running experience is essential
Strong technical and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
