The Role
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team. You’ll take ownership of multiple fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality and safety.

You’ll act as the key link between clients, site teams, and the wider business—driving excellence, managing contracts, and ensuring our reputation for outstanding delivery continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage multiple commercial fit out projects simultaneously.

* Lead pre-start meetings, progress reviews, and client handovers.

* Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting in collaboration with the commercial team.

* Negotiate and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

* Coordinate with design, procurement, and site management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Monitor and enforce health & safety policies and procedures.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

About You

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in commercial fit out, interiors, or refurbishment.

* Strong technical knowledge of fit out processes and construction methods.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Commercially astute with strong negotiation and financial management skills.

* Able to manage multiple fast-track projects with a keen eye for detail.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred)
