Site Manager

Actaris are looking for a Site Manager for short term cover. This is a roofing and externals project.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience managing roofing projects (e.g., flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, waterproofing).

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Excellent understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation methods.

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

*

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

*

Computer literate (MS Office, project management software desirable).

Qualifications:

*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required).

*

CSCS card (required).

*

First Aid at Work (required).

*

Asbestos Awareness (preferred).

*

Full UK driving licence
