Location: Manchester

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

Our Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join their team in Manchester. Specialising in high-end Fit Outs, Construction, and Furniture projects across the UK working with Clients in Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, and Leisure sectors.

Responsibilities:

Support their Senior Team in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders.
Assisting with tender submissions and quantity take-offs
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Analysing costs for materials, labour, and services
Maintaining records and providing admin supportAbout you:

A relevant degree or HNC/HND
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and organisation
Experience in Construction or Fit-Out is beneficial but not essentialBenefits:
