Your new role

As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in pricing and tendering for refurbishment and retrofit projects, including high-rise and housing schemes. You'll work closely with project teams to deliver accurate cost estimates that support successful bids and profitable delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as an Estimator in housing refurbishment on the contractor side.
Background in retrofit and high-rise projects.
A Junior Estimator from a Tier 1 contractor looking for progression, or a Senior Estimator from an SME seeking a new challenge.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
