Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum + bonus, benefits

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Contracts Manager to lead high-value commercial construction projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from tender stage through to completion.

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project budgets.

*

Ensure compliance with UK HSE standards.

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in commercial construction project management.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

*

Experience managing a variety of complex construction projects.

*

Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and ideally MCIOB or MRICS.
