Project Manager

A client facing and confident Project Manager is needed by a Fit Out Contractor in the heart of London.

They are well known for fit out and interiors within hospitality, retail and commercial, and the capable Project Manager will be specifically working on a Hospitality £15M project with 5 floors of high end finishing.

The successful Project Manager will join a highly respected fit out team, made up of over 30 people, who operate efficiently and to high standards.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will generally be operating in £3M – £15M projects, across London and home counties. They always have a high end element to them.

You will be responsible for the development of this hugely important and classy project.

The other side of this position is business development and relationship building – creating opportunities to win new business at all time. So an appetite to win, should be within the Project Manager.

Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum

Internal and Fit Out experience
Quick access into London
Ability to communicate effectively.
