V7 Recruitment are working with a reputable, forward-thinking housebuilder who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.  The first site will be in Stoke on Trent.

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential / housing sector
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (preferred)
Process-driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional homes
Pride in the Job Award winner or nominee (desirable)Key Duties:
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standard
Monitor quality, health & safety, and compliance across all site activities
Oversee materials procurement, site logistics, and labour resources
