CCTV Rig Manager
BCS Connect is working with our client to appoint an experienced CCTV Rig Manager. this is a temp to permanent position so our client is looking for candidate who are looking for a permanent position.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for a drainage survey vehicle and oversee on-site activities across the UK. The position is field-based and will involve frequent travel, overnight stays, and both day and night shifts in line with project requirements.
You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high technical standard, while providing guidance and leadership to a small site team.
Main Duties

Coordinate and lead CCTV survey work onsite, ensuring delivery to scope and schedule.

Operate, calibrate and maintain CCTV drainage survey equipment.
*
Carry out condition assessments and collect accurate survey data.
*
Analyse footage, classify defects using Wincan and prepare clear reports.
*
Uphold strict health and safety protocols.
*
Act as the main contact for site managers and related stakeholders.
*
Ensure the survey vehicle is compliant, organised and fully stocked.
Pay Rates
* £174.67 Per Shift (Day Shift)
* £225.58 Per Shift (Night Shift)
* £25 subsistance per day when working away from home.
* Accomodation provided by the client when working away from home.
Requirements
*
Essential: Experienced CCTV Rig Manager or similar role.
*
Essential: Full UK driving licence.
*
Essential: Willingness to work nights, weekends and stay away during the working week.
*
Desirable: OS19X (Pipe Sewer Classification – MSCC5).
*
Strong understanding of drainage systems and CCTV inspection practices.
*
Knowledge of Wincan software.
*
Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
*
Excellent safety awareness.
*
Good problem-solving skills in busy on-site environments.
