Site Manager (Nights)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Night Shift Site Manager to oversee a construction project in London. CAT A Office Space across all levels of the building, from basement to Level 8. The final development will also feature a ground floor cafe and a large roof terrace. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working Pattern: Nights – Sunday to Thursday Nights – 8pm – 5am

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.

* Manage procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources.

* Lead and motivate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

* Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions.

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to communicate project status effectively.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.

* Ideally from a carpentry background.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS essential
