Location – Cheshire

We are a fast-growing Building Services Design & Build contractor looking for a technical and leadership expert to take a pivotal role in shaping our business.

This is not a polished, pre-defined role-you will have the autonomy to build systems, processes, and a high-performing team from the ground up. You will lead our Mechanical & Electrical team through the full lifecycle of design & build projects, ensuring delivery excellence while also driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a small team into a high-performing, scalable operation.
Oversee design, installations, and project delivery in line with ISO-integrated management systems.
Build and implement internal systems and processes to support growth.
Drive business development by leveraging your network, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new project opportunities.
Mentor and develop engineers, shaping both project outcomes and team capabilities.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in design work and leading M&E teams.
Strong track record in managing installations and delivering projects successfully.
Expertise in creating efficient systems and scalable processes.
Ambition, drive, and the desire to take on a leadership role with impact.
A hands-on approach with the ability to influence and develop others.This role is challenging, rewarding, and offers a clear path to a future Director position for the right candidate. You will play a key part in shaping both the operational and strategic growth of the business.
