Site Manager – High-End Commercial Project | Silverstone | £6m Build

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £6 million high-spec commercial project located at the world-renowned Silverstone Race Circuit. The development will deliver a premium automotive facility, combining structural excellence with precision internal fit-out and modern finishes.

This opportunity is with a well-established regional main contractor, known for delivering complex industrial, commercial, and design & build schemes across the South and Midlands. The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the project, from site set-up through to final handover. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong leadership, and an eye for detail to manage the delivery of both the external construction and the high-quality internal fit-out.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, programme, and quality.

Oversee all health & safety, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.

*

Coordinate with design, commercial, and client teams to maintain project progress.

*

Manage internal fit-out works to an exceptionally high standard.

*

Maintain accurate site documentation including reports, inspections, and QA records.

*

Drive the project towards successful completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects.

*

Strong knowledge of fit-out, M&E coordination, and finishing standards.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet deadlines under pressure.

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
