A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its Asset Consultancy team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile, purpose-driven projects across sectors such as culture, aviation, education, commercial, and heritage.

You'll play a key role in advising clients on building performance, creative reuse, and lifecycle planning – helping them maximise the value and sustainability of their estates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver building surveying services, including technical due diligence, condition surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis.
* Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
* Manage multidisciplinary teams and act as Job Leader on select projects.
* Provide advice on asset strategy, performance, and lifecycle planning.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
* Support the mentoring and professional development of junior colleagues.

What They're Looking For:

Chartered (MRICS) or working towards chartership, with a degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
* Demonstrable experience as a Senior Building Surveyor, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.
* Strong technical knowledge across a variety of building types and sectors.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with confidence leading meetings and presentations.
* Collaborative, proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.
* Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
