Location: Bristol
Salary: £60,000- £65,000 + £5,000 car allowance
Contract: Permanent

A great opportunity is available for a reputable construction management company based in Bristol specializing in commercial, education, health & leisure, and residential projects.

You’ll be responsible for managing commercial refurbishment projects with values up to £5 million, overseeing the full lifecycle from inception through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial refurbishment projects (up to £5m) from start to finish.

*

Manage project teams including site managers, subcontractors and consultants.

*

Control procurement, programme, costs, risk and client relationships.

*

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

*

Provide clear project reporting, manage stakeholder expectations and drive client satisfaction.

Requirements:

*

Proven track record in commercial refurbishment or fit‑out projects up to around £5m.

*

Strong technical and contract management knowledge (JCT experience preferred).

*

Excellent leadership, communication and client‑management skills.

*

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

*

Full UK driving licence.
