I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS covering areas in Croydon with a view to go permanent after 6 months paying up to £41,000 per annum . A basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.
Pay Rate:
Temp – £21.40ph (CIS)Hours:
42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)Duties:
Complete Multi trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering and decorating repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
Be customer focused
Have a relevant trade qualification
Have a DBS CheckYou will be supplied with:
