Managing Quantity Surveyor

Long established North East based Construction main contractor with a mix of large and small competitively tendered projects throughout the region.

Role
The succesful candidate will have responsibility for managaing a team of Quantity Surveyors, from SQS to Trainee level. The role will also incororate front end involvement, contractual and client relationship management, and mentoring staff.

Experience Required
The successful candidate will ideally come from a Main Contractor background, with knowledge of a variety of contracts. Applications are invited from those with managerial experience as well as from Senior Quantity Surveyors looking to take a step forwards in their career.

Remuneration
Competitive salary upto £85,000 p.a, car/allowance and attractive package
