Salary: Up to £65,000

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out projects across Bristol, Bath, and Swindon, with values up to £10 million. You will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Cat A/B fit-out projects from start to finish, managing all stages of delivery.

Plan and manage project programmes, procurement, budgets, and reporting.
*
Supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure high-quality standards.
*
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
*
Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
*
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects (Cat A/B) up to £10 million.
*
Strong knowledge of contracts and project management processes.
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
