A leading developer and main contractor with a strong presence across London is looking for an experienced M&E Engineer to join their team on a high-profile commercial scheme in West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked with a well-known developer or contractor and is looking to progress their career within a reputable business known for delivering complex, high-quality projects.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee all M&E works on site, ensuring they are delivered to the required standards, programme, and budget.

Carry out QA inspections and maintain accurate documentation for all installations.

*

Prepare, review, and implement RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).

*

Liaise closely with subcontractors, design teams, and project managers to ensure smooth coordination of works.

*

Monitor progress and report on M&E performance, ensuring compliance with all site and safety procedures.

*

Assist with commissioning and handover processes.

Requirements

*

Proven background as an M&E Engineer with a recognised main contractor or developer.

*

Strong experience working on commercial developments (offices, mixed-use, or large refurbishment projects).

*

Excellent knowledge of QA processes, RAMS, and on-site coordination.

*

Ability to work proactively within a fast-paced environment.

*

Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC / Degree or equivalent)
