Description

Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety practices.
Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety activities.
Ensure compliance with all local and national health and safety regulations.Profile
A successful Health & Safety Manager should have:
Proven experience in health and safety management within the FMCG industry.
