Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of residential blocks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and property legislation.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works efficiently.
Prepare and manage service charge budgets effectively.
Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Organise and attend regular residents' meetings and AGMs.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time.
Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.Profile

A successful Block Manager should have:

Previous experience in property or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of relevant property legislation and health and safety requirements.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office.
