Site Manager

My client is a tier one developer in search of a finishing manager for a 6 month contract with the possibility a further extension. 
 
The project itself is a 844 unit development consisting of 28 storey RC frame blocks of apartments, the development is currently in its first phase which is a total of 288 units.
 
The role will involve reporting into a senior site manager with your daily duties consisting of handing over 5 units per week, snagging, de snagging, tool box talks, H&S and ensuring units are delivered fro second fix onwards
 
In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role, as well as an in date SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid.
