Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Projects
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + car allowance + company benefits

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work across our client’s commercial projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality construction services. You will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and providing commercial insight to help drive project success. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and cash flows

Monitor project costs and report on financial performance

*

Assess and negotiate variations and claims

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

*

Contribute to commercial strategies and project delivery

Candidate Requirements:

*

Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications (e.g., RICS accredited)

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction

*

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Based in or willing to commute to Liverpool
