Quantity Surveyor

A new, fast-paced Quantity Surveying Consultancy in London are already growing and seeking a mature and reliable Quantity Surveyor who is based in the Southeast.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work across an impressive portfolio of projects including high-end residential, cut and carve commercial, healthcare, and education projects across London and the Home Counties.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will support the Directors with day-to-day pre and post contract tasks such as measurement, preparing contract documents, cost plans, etc.-all completed either from home or from their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor

Minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy (UK)
Pre and post contract knowledge (e.g. measuring)
Comfortable carrying out tasks independently and from home
Experience of working on projects within the built environmentIn Return?

£45,000 – £55,000
