We are currently seeking an experienced Earthworks and Drainage Foreman for a large-scale civil engineering project based just outside Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record managing groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure packages to join a well-established team on a long-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of site operations covering earthworks and drainage.

*

Managing plant, labour, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

*

Liaising with engineers and site management to maintain progress and quality.

*

Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

*

Gold CSCS Card (essential)

*

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

*

Strong background in earthworks and drainage on similar civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

*

Proven leadership skills and steady, reliable work history.

*

Good communication and organisation skills.
