A respected, independent construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing London team. The firm is recognised for delivering complex and high-value developments across the industrial, data centre, and commercial sectors, combining technical excellence with a collaborative and client-focused approach. This opportunity offers genuine scope for progression and exposure to major UK and international schemes. You'll take ownership of projects from early-stage feasibility through to completion, managing programme, cost, and quality while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The current portfolio includes a diverse range of infrastructure upgrades, commercial new builds, and large-scale industrial developments throughout the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of complex projects from inception through to handover
Administer NEC contracts and manage project governance and reporting
Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Oversee project budgets, risk management, and change control
Mentor and support junior team members as part of a collaborative delivery structure
About You:
Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and project management processes
Degree-qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Driven, proactive, and confident working both independently and within multi-disciplinary teams
