Senior Project Manager – £60M Modular Hospital Project, Bournemouth

Immediate Freelance Opportunity | Up to £600/day | 7–8 Month Contract

Join a landmark £60M new-build modular hospital in Bournemouth, delivering state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to enhance regional services. As our exclusive recruitment partner, we're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead this high-profile project through the winter period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including M&E, site management, and subcontractors.
Drive modular construction methodologies for efficient, off-site assembly and on-site integration.
Manage stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:

Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects (£50M+), ideally in healthcare or modular builds.
Strong leadership skills with experience in freelance/contract environments.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., PMP, CIOB, or equivalent).
Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.
