Supervisor / Assistant Site Manager – £60M Modular Hospital Project, Bournemouth Immediate Freelance Opportunity | Up to £280/day | 7–8 Month Contract (3 positions available)

Join a landmark £60M new-build modular hospital in Bournemouth, delivering state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to enhance regional services. As our exclusive recruitment partner, we’re seeking three hands-on Supervisors / Assistant Site Managers to support the senior team on this high-profile project through the winter period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with trade supervision, quality control, and short-term programming.
Oversee modular set-out, crane lifts, groundworks completion, and daily site operations.
Monitor progress, report to Senior Management, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support logistics, inductions, and coordination between subcontractors and site teams.
Requirements:

5+ years in new-build supervision or assistant site management.
Practical, hands-on experience on fast-paced construction sites; modular experience a plus.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.
