Project Manager – Construction Consultancy

Location: Birmingham (hybrid working)

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + benefits

Are you a driven Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career within a leading construction consultancy environment? We're working with a well-established, independent consultancy that continues to grow across the West Midlands, and they're now looking for a Project Manager to join their Birmingham team. You'll be working on a range of warehouse and industrial projects, supporting major clients from concept through to completion. This is an opportunity to take ownership of exciting schemes, with the backing of a collaborative team that values professional development and quality delivery.

The role:

Manage projects through all RIBA stages, from feasibility to handover
Work across NEC contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the consultancy with professionalism and confidence
Support senior project managers and directors while mentoring more junior team members
What we're looking for:

Experience working in a construction consultancy or client-side environment
Proven track record delivering projects across RIBA stages
Strong understanding of NEC forms of contract
Ideally working towards or already holding RICS, CIOB or APM chartership (support provided if you're on the pathway)
Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
