Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives on leadership, autonomy, and driving client success. Working closely with Directors, you'll play a key role in leading project delivery, building client relationships, and mentoring a high-calibre team.
You will:
Lead and deliver high-profile projects across various sectors
Manage key client accounts and develop new business opportunities
Oversee and support a team of Quantity Surveyors
Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and commercial performanceThis role offers the scope to make a real impact – both on the business and in shaping a successful, motivated team.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
MRICS preferred
Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Excellent pre & post contract experience
Comfortable managing & mentoring a teamWhat's on Offer?
£75,000 – £85,000
1-2 days per week from home
