Fit Out Project Manager

Project Manager – Fit Out (CAT A & B Experience Required)
Location: Winnersh Triangle
Start Date: End of November (Project Commencing December)
Duration: Project-based

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a CAT B to CAT B fit out of approximately 30,000 sq ft, comprising both office and warehouse space. The works include demolition and flooring repairs within the warehouse area.

The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering CAT A and CAT B commercial fit outs, ideally with exposure to mixed-use spaces (office and industrial). They'll join in late November to familiarise themselves with company systems and gain an early understanding of the project before the main works begin.

Requirements:

Proven track record managing CAT A/B fit out projects

Experience with warehouse or industrial refurbishment (advantageous)

SMSTS certification (essential)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
